Community Precinct Redevelopment Underway

Works are well underway at the highly anticipated Broadbeach Community Precinct development, with some special guests popping in recently to take a look at the construction works. The Paynters team welcomed Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate, Councillor Pauline Young and key representatives from City of Gold Coast for a tour of the site, which will soon become a thriving mixed-use precinct, providing improved facilities and additional communal spaces for the Gold Coast community to enjoy.

It was a wonderful opportunity for project stakeholders to come together and see the site progress firsthand. A big thank you to our hardworking project team for their efforts to date.
