The longevity of those relationships is a true testament to our success, and we certainly don’t take it for granted.

When a project ends, the relationship doesn’t.

Cadets

We have a responsibility to the next generation. Our in-house Cadet Program offers young people the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience across our business. We also work with tertiary providers including Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) & TAFE Queensland to facilitate training and development opportunities to school based trainees and apprentices.

Paynters are pleased to be embarking on the next stage of our reconciliation journey, dedicated to supporting Aboriginal & Torres Strait Island individuals to create an all encompassing workplace and closing the economic, social and health gap once and for all.
