Paynters NAIDOC Celebrations Kick Off in CQ & NQ

Paynters has kicked off #NAIDOCWeek in the Central and North Queensland regions. Members of our Reconciliation Committee attended some key industry events and held gatherings across our own office and site locations to celebrate and recognise the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year’s theme is Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up! – encouraging individuals to stand up for change and amplify the voices of our First Nations People. Supporting this, we have been proud to see Paynters Indigenous Engagement Manager Grant Marshall lead some very powerful Cultural Awareness talks to staff, subbies and industry partners, in the effort to fostering a deeper understanding across our industry.
