Additional Supported Housing Solutions for Gold Coast Region

Paynters recently completed the design and construction of 12 x 1 bedroom supported accommodation units for the Department of Energy and Public Works.

The social housing project, located in Varsity Lakes, includes 12 units split over 3 buildings consisting of 2 platinum, 3 gold and 7 general type units in accordance with the social housing design guidelines.
