Turning the Sod at Kirwan Social Housing

Exciting progress as we broke ground on 20 social housing units in Kirwan, for the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works last week, alongside local member Aaron Harper.

This project will provide 16 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom homes, all designed to meet the platinum and gold standards under the Social Housing Design Guidelines. These homes will offer safe, accessible, and comfortable living spaces for people with disabilities and seniors with mobility needs.

Another meaningful project underway, as we continue to play our part in providing safe and affordable housing for the community.
