A big Friday night for our Central Queensland team at the Master Builders Housing and Construction awards! Proud to say we had a successful night, with three projects coming away with the win.

Fitzroy Community Hospice: Commercial Refurbishment/Renovation from $5 million up to $15 million

Fitzroy Community Hospice, a much-needed care facility, provides palliative care and support services for local community members with an incurable illness.  The project comprised 12 beds and state-of-the-art facilities, including refurbishments and extensions to existing buildings (previously Sisters of Mercy – Loreto Convent site), a new car park, and associated external works.

Parkhurst State School – New Administration Building & Canteen: Education Facilities up to $10 million

We delivered a cutting-edge administration building and a new canteen. The project also encompassed a new uniform shop, first aid room, spacious staff room, and an assembly area expansion. Additionally, the school’s car park was upgraded to enhance convenience and accessibility.

Energy Queensland Glenmore Road – Hardstand and Pole Yard: Commercial/Industrial building up to $5 million

Our team constructed concrete pavements and covered structures for storage and operational requirements at the Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) Glenmore Road Depot for the preparation of the power poles for the electricity network.

These wins reflect the hard work and commitment of our team. Congratulations to everyone involved and thank you to our clients and partners for your trust and support.
