Work has now commenced on new family care facility

About 1000 children with homeless families in Townsville this year are set to benefit from new facilities being built for a housing and support service. PDQ & Family Emergency Accommodation Townsville (F.E.A.T) have marked the start of construction recently, a new $1.2m headquarters in Kirwan.

It’s a resource for the local community and PDQ worked very hard to ensure that this was built into the design. Paynter Dixon originally acquired the land and designed the new office to suit the client’s needs. The local North Queensland PDQ team are very eager to see this project progress. Watch this space!
