Rapid progress on dementia care project

The Synovum Care Bellmere project is a unique and innovative small scale living community for people with dementia. The construction works commenced in May 2016 and have been rapidly progressing. To maintain a distinctive residential feel, the design consists of 17 residential care houses each accommodating 7-8 resident bedrooms with domestic scaled living, dining & kitchen areas. The 120 residents will be supported by a Community building and extensive external landscaped areas. This award winning design means all buildings on site are at various stages of construction, with in ground services being completed to the final 3 houses in preparation for the structural slabs to be poured.
