A hat-trick for Paynters!

Congratulations to the Paynters North Queensland team, who have taken home THREE awards at Friday nights Housing and Construction Awards!

Our team were commended for their delivery of the Mike Carney Lexus Toyota Dealership (Commercial Facility $5m – $50m). After a devasting fire destroyed the Townsville Showroom, Paynters undertook an extensive rebuild of the entire facility including a new fit out of the showroom, offices and warehouse. This impressive new facility was delivered ahead of schedule, with the client incredibly happy with the project outcomes.

The Townsville Hospital Clinical Services Sterilisation Department took home best Health Facility ($5m – $20m). Our outstanding project team managed complex staging in an operational hospital, which required detailed planning to manage infection control. The Paynters team were praised for the delivery of the facility given its intricate nature with all stakeholders involved including end users extremely satisfied with the completed project.

To top off this terrific evening, the Paynters team also received commendation in the Medium Density category for the Design and Construction of the Bowen Road Supported Accommodation Facility. Working with our longstanding clients at the Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW), the delivery of 45 platinum and gold level studio apartments resulted in a high quality and appealing housing facility for North Queensland residents.
