An invaluable housing addition for Rocky

Paynters are currently delivering a new social housing project in Campbell Street Rockhampton.

The new 2-storey facility was fully designed and documented by the Paynters team and consists of 10 x 1 bed apartments (9 x gold and 1 x platinum) as per the Liveable Design Guideline standards.

Each unit has been designed with a private balcony or terrace allowing fresh airflow through the apartments.

The works on site are currently on schedule and will be completed in time for the new residents to move in. All ground level unit slabs are poured with the level 1 suspended slab 50% complete.

With the structural blockwork to level 1 complete, wall framing on the ground floor and level 1 can now commence on rear units.

Roof trusses will be going up on site today. Once the structure is up, our team will really start to see the building come to life, providing invaluable opportunities for those who need it more.
