Today our teams paused to mark RU OK? Day and MATES in Construction Fly the Flag, reminding us that conversations around mental health are just as important as the work we deliver.

Everyone asks how the project is going, but today we made time to ask how the people are going — because behind every milestone are teammates juggling pressures both on and offsite.

Through initiatives like R U OK? Day and our Battle of the BBQs for Mental Health, we’re making sure support isn’t a once-a-year event, but part of our everyday culture.
