Behind the Scenes at Boral

Last week, our Cadets, Contracts Administrators, and Project Coordinators had the unique opportunity to tour Boral’s Eagle Farm facility, gaining in-depth insights into the concrete production process.

From technical aspects to hands-on testing and production, our team got an up-close look at the intricate process behind the concrete that forms the backbone of our projects. They witnessed firsthand how different concrete mixes are created right in the trucks, even getting to peek inside!

The team explored the strength testing area, pump-out station, and washout bays, gaining a full-circle understanding of what it takes to produce and perfect the concrete we rely on every day. This experience truly brought their learning to life, reinforcing the importance of quality and precision in every project we undertake.
