Building with Purpose: Strength, Vision & Legacy in Action

As we continued NAIDOC Week celebrations, we were proud to welcome several of our key Indigenous subcontractors to our Milton office on Tuesday morning. It was a great opportunity to connect face-to-face, introduce our broader team, and share how we can continue collaborating on projects. It was also a moment to reflect on the significance of NAIDOC Week and the role we all play in recognising and respecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples — not just this week, but every day.

We heard firsthand how our partnerships are making a real impact.  At Paynters, we’re committed to walking the talk. Through initiatives like the Queensland Government’s Indigenous Economic Opportunities Plan (IEOP), we’re building stronger partnerships and delivering tangible outcomes.

On two recently completed education projects in Gladstone, we proudly met – and exceeded – our IEOP targets.  A testament to the power of early engagement, collaboration, and shared goals.
