Building Your Future: Exploring Pathways into Construction

Thinking about the road ahead before finishing school? 👷‍♂️🏗️

Earlier this week we welcomed over 70 students and parents to our Paynters Pathways Information Evening to explore the many opportunities available in the construction industry.

Our CEO, Construction Manager, and Learning & Development Coordinator shared insights into the different pathways available – from work experience and apprenticeships to further study and career pathways, it was great to connect with future industry talent and share how a career in construction can take many different directions.

A big thank you to our partners Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ), TAFE Queensland, and Busy At Work for joining the conversation and helping showcase the diverse range of options available to students as they plan their next steps.

The future of our industry starts with the next generation – and it’s exciting to see so many already thinking about where their pathway might lead.
