Cancer Care Moreton Bay is Now Complete!

We’re proud to announce the completion of Cancer Care Moreton Bay at Central Lakes Shopping Centre, delivered in partnership with QM Properties and Cancer Care Associates.

This state-of-the-art facility is located within the Caboolture Hospital and Health Precinct, bringing world-class cancer treatment closer to home and offering a comprehensive, high-quality, and affordable cancer care services under one roof.

Patients will now have access to bulk-billed radiotherapy, along with:
• Specialist consulting suites
• Radiation oncology
• Haematology and medical oncology
• Pharmacy and radiology
• Pathology services
• Access to cancer research and clinical trials

Meeting the highly specialised requirements of radiation oncology facilities, the project included the construction of two radiation bunkers designed to stringent safety standards to prevent radiation leakage. This involved the placement of an impressive 752m³ of concrete across both bunkers, to ensure maximum protection for patients, staff, and the community.

Cancer Care Moreton Bay sets a new benchmark for integrated cancer care in the region, eliminating the need for patients to travel to Brisbane for radiotherapy.
