As we move forward into 2026, we’re also taking a moment to reflect on what drives our success — our people and our values.

Paynters is proud to celebrate another year of our Values Recognition Program, with the announcement of our 2025 Values Champion at our end-of-year Christmas celebration.

This program gives team members the opportunity to nominate peers who consistently go above and beyond, demonstrating our company values in their everyday work. It’s our way of recognising those who make a real difference across our projects, teams, and community.
