Clifton Community Social Housing Project Takes Shape

Construction is tracking well on the Clifton Community Social Housing Project, which will deliver 10 new social housing dwellings to support local community needs.

Here’s what’s been happening on site:

• Civil Bulk Earthworks are complete & new internal road is underway.
• In-ground services and mains currently being installed
• Slabs and footings completed
• Frames rising — with homes now visibly taking shape

Despite recent wet weather, the team has maintained strong momentum, carefully sequencing works to keep the program moving safely and efficiently.

While small in scale, this project will make a meaningful local impact — delivering accessible, long-term rental accommodation for seniors and people living with disabilities.
