Continuous Learning for Cultural Awareness

Grant Marshall paid a visit to Geebung Special School last week to carry out a very informative Cultural Awareness Training Session to Paynters staff and subcontractor partners who are currently on-site delivering major upgrades and additions to the existing school campus.

This training module, created by Grant as Paynters Indigenous Engagement Manager, has been implemented to provide others with the knowledge, understanding and confidence to better support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The session was a great success, educating members of Paynters SEQ subcontractor network on how they can help build awareness and instill change within the construction industry.
