Training & Development
We have a responsibility to the next generation. Our in-house Cadet Program offers young people the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience across our business. We also work with tertiary providers including Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) & TAFE Queensland to facilitate training and development opportunities to school based trainees and apprentices.
Indigenous Engagement
People and community are at the heart of everything we do. Paynters are pleased to be embarking on the next stage of our Reconciliation journey, dedicated to supporting Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples to create an all encompassing workplace and closing the economic, social and health gap once and for all.
