Emmaus Village Honoured at Master Builders NSW Awards

We’re proud to share that Emmaus Village in Port Macquarie has been recognised at the Master Builders NSW Regional Excellence in Building Awards – Northern Region!

Paynters took out the Aged Care/Lifestyle Over 55s – Over $20 Million category for this innovative project, marking our first (of hopefully many) wins in the NSW region.

Held at Ballina RSL, the black-tie event celebrated the best in construction across the Tweed, North Coast, Mid North Coast and New England regions.

Designed and constructed by Paynters for St Agnes’ Care & Lifestyle, Emmaus Village is an innovative aged care community created for people living with dementia. The project delivers 24/7 support for 94 residents using the Small Household Model – promoting independence, dignity, and connection in a safe, purpose-built environment.

We’re honoured to have been part of this game-changing project for the region.
