Encouraging young minds to explore the construction industry

Paynters have welcomed 5 work experience students to our Brisbane office over the last 2 weeks of school holidays.

Luna Xie and Maja Dudzinska are currently completing year 12 at Indooroopilly State High School and joined the Paynters team last week. They had been working with our Design and Construction team, learning the ins and outs of the Commercial Construction Industry.

Luna and Maja accompanied our cadets to site at Kelvin Grove State School. This allowed them to experience life inside an office and see it come to fruition on site. The students have also learnt from our cadets, to help them understand the study options available to them.

This week we have Isaac Liddy, Kate Guo and Michelle Chen joining our Construction, Estimating and HSEQ teams.

These students are taking part in Work Experience placements via Construction Gateways Programme with CSQ. Paynters partner with CSQ and are happy to provide young students with the experience they need to choose their future career!
