Our teams gathered round to hear from Paynters Food and Beverage Design Manager – Sergei Magometovs, who shared learnings from his recent international food and beverage consultant tour in a lunch-and-learn session.
The session focused on Sergei’s immersive tour experiences across various European venues, including factories, restaurants, pubs, school canteens and more. These venues showcased a plethora of innovative strategies and cutting-edge equipment utilised in their culinary preparation and tableware cleaning processes.
Sergei shared the invaluable insights he gained during the tour, particularly the practices in which he believes Australian hospitality establishments could adopt – sparking many discussions about the future of food and beverage preparation within our industry.
