Fly the Flag 2026

Last week, we flew the flag with MATES in Construction!

Across Paynters sites and offices, our MATES Connectors brought teams together for BBQs, toolbox talks and, most importantly, conversations around mental health and suicide prevention in our industry.

Fly the Flag is an opportunity to recognise the Connectors, ASIST workers and volunteers who look out for their mates every day. Whether it’s starting a conversation, noticing when something isn’t quite right or helping someone find support, these people play an important role across our industry.
