From Trainee to Tradies

From trainees to tradies 👷‍♂️👷‍♂️

Both Braith and Ollie began their journey with Paynters as trainees. Now, as Braith completes his apprenticeship after five years of hard work, dedication, and growth, Ollie steps up to begin his own.

Braith joined Paynters straight out of school, eager to get on the tools and learn wherever he could. Watching him develop into the tradesman he is today has been incredible and we couldn’t be prouder.

Ollie started at Paynters earlier this year and has already been making his mark on some major projects, learning from our talented Leading Hands and Foremen. We’re excited to support him as he takes the next big step in his career. Great to see the next generation of construction talent continuing to grow.
