Gail Mabo Artwork Unveiling

A very special moment captured on site last week at Mater Private Hospital Townsville.

In line with NAIDOC celebrations, it was time for the much-anticipated unveiling of Gail Mabo’s Artwork, which now stands proudly on the façade of the brand new multi storey carpark structure, delivered by Paynters.

It was an honour to join Gail and the Mater team for this occasion, with this beautiful piece of art celebrating our first nations peoples and recognising the importance of connection to country.
