Grace and Mitch conquer Kokoda!

A HUGE congratulations to PDQ’s Mitch Kruk and Grace Thompson who have just returned from Papa New Guinea after completing the 2017 Mates in Construction Kokoda Challenge.

The courageous pair braved Kokoda just last week, trekking through 96 kilometers of rigorous jungle over an 8 day period – all in the name of suicide prevention in the construction industry.

Grace and Mitch’s fundraising efforts for this initiative reached a whopping $16,000 which contributed to the $120,000 collectively raised by this year’s participants. They would like to thank all those who have sponsored and supported them over the past few months and give a big shout out to Mates in Construction and Aurora Adventures for organising an enjoyable and rewarding trek this year!
