Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud
This week is NAIDOC Week, with this year’s theme ‘Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud’, urging everyone to stand in solidarity and amplify the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Today we were honoured to welcome Barry Fewquandie & Carla Dorman from the Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities, and the Arts as part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations. Together we recognised and celebrated the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as well as explored new ways to collaborate further with First Nations businesses across our subcontractor and supplier networks.
At Paynters, we are privileged to be guided by Grant Marshall in this space, who consistently educates our industry, supports our team, and drives meaningful outcomes. Together, we continue to work towards better understanding, respect, and positive change.
A big thank you to Fig Jam & Co. for the delicious bush tucker morning tea!
