More Housing For Those In Need

Paynters welcomed Queensland Minister for Communities & Housing Leeanne Enoch MP to our site at Southport yesterday to turn the sod on the brand-new social housing development, due to commence construction in the coming weeks. 

Our SEQ team are set to deliver 39 new units, creating more affordable housing opportunities for vulnerable members of the Gold Coast community.

Following Paynters successful delivery of the Gold Coast Youth Foyer project in 2021, we are proud to be working with Community Housing Limited & the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy Queensland once again to provide safe, affordable homes to those in need.
