NAIDOC Week Kick-Off at Winnam!

We kicked off NAIDOC Week onsite at our Winnam Residential Aged Care Facility project with a special celebration alongside our Indigenous subcontractor, Thor Interiors, who generously fired up the BBQ for the team.

Joined by our client WATSIC and Grant Marshall, our team came together, reflecting on this year’s NAIDOC theme – “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy” and recognising the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, while acknowledging the role we all play in supporting and empowering future generations.

Our project team also led a guided site tour, sharing insights into the build’s progress and key milestones. It was a great opportunity to showcase the work underway, highlight achievements to date, and encourage valuable conversations around collaboration and community impact.
