Paynters Next Gen: Congratulations Haley

It has been a very special week for the Paynters team as we celebrate the success and hard work of one of our North Queensland team members – Haley Pearson. Haley commenced his Paynters Traineeship in 2021 after completing a work experience placement. Fast forward 12 months later – Haley has successfully finished his Certificate II in Civil Construction and has officially signed on to commence his Carpentry Apprenticeship with the Paynters Townsville team.

Haley has displayed an unwavering commitment to his development and education over the last year, recently receiving the Training Award at the NRL Cowboys House graduation ceremony which recognised his successful transition from Traineeship to Full-Time Apprenticeship. As fate would have it, Paynters own Indigenous Engagement Manager Grant Marshall had the privilege of presenting the award to Haley on the night.

We see nothing but success on the horizon for young Haley and are incredibly excited to watch his career prosper at Paynters. Congratulations Haley.
