#PayntersProud – Mark’s Milestone

Mark recently celebrated a momentous achievement of 20 years with Paynters.  His journey with Paynters has been nothing short of remarkable. Starting as an Apprentice Carpenter, he embraced the challenges of the construction industry and demonstrated dedication and passion for his role. Over the years, Mark has honed his skills, learned from experienced mentors, and progressed through to a Foreman.  Mark is an invaluable asset to the team, always going above and beyond to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Recapping on his journey here, Mark shared with us what it is about Paynters that kept him coming back every day for two decades:

“I enjoy the work and the daily challenges.  Working with the Paynters team is a pleasure in the office and out on site. We have a good culture – I feel supported and appreciated. The opportunities are endless at Paynters.”

He also recounted one of his most memorable projects during his time at Paynters:

“Paynters is a leader not only in construction but also leveraging the brand to help those in need.  A very proud moment in my Paynters career was being a part of the ‘Lend A Hand’ project, in partnership with Triple M & TAFE QLD, where we renovated a Brisbane family’s home to improve the life of little Ollie, who suffered 250 seizures daily. It was a great opportunity to give back to the community and share this story with everyone I knew.”

We’re excited to see Mark now mentor the next generation of apprentices and leading hands across our construction sites.
