The Paynters Values Recognition Program is an initiative designed to acknowledge and reward our team members who consistently go above and beyond in embodying our company values – Innovation – Collaboration – People – Responsibility – Integrity – in their day-to-day interactions.

Every month, we spotlight and reward our Monthly Values Champion, carefully chosen from peer nominations.  This monthly recognition program culminates in the announcement of the Annual Values Champion.

We recently gathered to celebrate Rhys O’Dwyer, one of our dedicated Site Managers, who was honoured as the Annual Values Champion for 2023.

Nominated for his commitment to Innovation, Rhys has continued to go above and beyond when it comes to engaging his peers. Despite his demanding site responsibilities, Rhys consistently surpassed expectations by actively fostering a culture of learning and mentoring our next generation of construction professionals making him a standout nomination in 2023. Congratulations Rhys.
