Recognised as one of our ‘hidden gems’ in the Milton office, our Insurance Contracts Administrator – Jaime shines with her performance and contributions to our team.

We had the pleasure of asking Jaime about her experiences and what fuels her passion for working at Paynters.

“I love the people and culture at Paynters. It is a welcoming environment where everyone is willing to help each other out no matter what title they hold.

Despite my non-construction background, with the help of my colleagues I have been able to quickly learn the ins and outs of the industry, aiding my growth in the role. This does not just apply to the office I work in but applies to everyone in the business – whether it be from a site foreman or our regional offices, Paynters inclusive learning culture spans all levels and locations, encouraging connection and development amongst the team.

My role is exciting, no two days are the same, with lots to learn. We have a fantastic team who are able to work under pressure well together and bring out the best in each other.”
