Great Keppel Island (Woppa) is getting a brand-new welcome experience — and Paynters is proud to be leading the way.
As the contractor for the Arrivals Plaza Project, we’re creating a more seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable journey for every visitor arriving on Great Keppel Island.
With construction commencing in February 2026, the new Arrivals Plaza will feature:
- Public amenities
- New commercial tenancy spaces
- Shaded seating areas
- Accessible pathways
- Emergency services hub
- Lockers for day visitors
- Beach showers
- Landscaping and wayfinding to enhance the visitor experience
This project marks an exciting step forward in supporting tourism and improving access on Great Keppel Island.
