Project Announcement: Greenbank Services Club’s Redevelopment

We’re thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration between Paynters, COHA Group, Altis Architecture and Greenbank Services Club to redevelop the club, delivering a first class offering for their members, guests and wider community.

Paynters is proud to once again partner with Greenbank Services Club, as we embark on a staged refurbishment and extension of the existing club, creating new and vibrant spaces, to cater to a variety of interests and activities.

Tim Wright, Greenbank Services Club General Manager, expressed his enthusiasm for the project –
“After a lengthy process of design competition, ECI Process and Tender, Greenbank Services Club is excited to enter the next building phase with Paynters. Beautifully designed by Altis and managed by COHA we can’t wait to deliver some exciting new areas to our members in 2024.”

The new spaces within the club will include a Function Room, Barrel Room and Brewery Bar, Sports Bar – Glasshouse + Gaming, Lounge Area, Dining Lounge – Marketplace and Gaming Lounge.

The club will remain operational during the redevelopment, with construction set to commence in the new year. We look forward to providing updates as we work with Greenbank Services Club, transforming it into a vibrant new era and continuing its legacy as one of the premier community licensed clubs in Queensland.
