Blacks Beach Tavern Refurbishment

Paynters led the renovation works at Mackay’s Blacks Beach Tavern, which involved a major overhaul of the interior fitout, with a fresh coat of paint on the exterior. Works were staged to maximise the safety of staff and patrons and minimise the impacts of the works on venue operations.

A new entry/air lock guides patrons into the Sports Bar area. The Taverns Sports Bar Terrace has been enclosed and in doing so, enlarges the offering to visitors who enjoy the entertainment of TAB, which is now situated in a relaxing, air-conditioned setting.

The Gaming Room has been redesigned and extended to give patrons a more spacious area to relax while using the gaming machines. Paynters constructed a temporary Gaming Room to ensure business continuity throughout the construction. The bar servery was revamped, and upgrades to the venue entry now permits patrons to enter the Gaming room from the Taverns foyer.

The new floor coverings, joinery, extensive banquet seating, interior painting, and lighting bring a new ambience to the Tavern for all to enjoy.
