Paynters was engaged for the design and construction of a 96-bed Aged Care building for our long-term clients at Carinity.

The residential aged care facility will provide a care community for older people who are no longer able to live independently.

In addition to the 96-bed suites, this design and construct project included a commercial kitchen, undercover carpark, integrated outdoor landscape areas along with site infrastructure for future Independent Living Units (ILUs).

Paynters provided an end-to-end solution for our clients at Carinity, from initial master planning, in-house architectural services all the way through to the engagement of our Interior Design team, and the results are truly stunning.
