Cooinda Aged Care – Stage 3, Gympie

A 52 bedroom residential aged care facility has recently finished construction. This two level facility has been designed with a diversity of accommodation product and a variety of smaller communal and private spaces for residents and their families. The building includes four one bedroom suites which have their own balconies and/or courtyards, and the building has been designed to maximise the magnificent rural environment for residents to enjoy every minute of every day. The development of a strong and trusted relationship between Paynters and Cooinda has resulted in Paynters working concurrently in the design of the next stage (Stage 4) of Cooinda Aged Care development.
