In January 2020, the dual sector CQ University reached a milestone in the consolidation of Gladstone courses to its picturesque Marina campus. Paynters design and construct team completed the Engineering Trade Training Centre (ETTC), the Hair and Beauty Training Centre (H&B), new carparks, roads, and infrastructure for the start of programs in 2020.
The new student carpark was redesigned from the client’s proposed footprint to avoid impacting mangroves, and triggering lengthy, high risk environmental approvals.
