Mater Private Hospital, Rockhampton – Roof Replacement

Working closely with our partners at CGU, Sedgwick and Critical Path Solutions, Paynters have successfully completed the roof replacement project at the Mater Private Hospital, Rockhampton due to hail damage. Works were undertaken across the 6 main buildings, including the Heritage Listed Kenmore House that was built in 1894.
Over the course of the past 12 months, we have diligently carried out works, with a total of over 8,000m2 of roofing replaced while the hospital remained operational.
Our team collaborated closely with the client to ensure a smooth project journey while prioritising safety for visitors, patients, and hospital employees.
