The Bower Tree

Working with the Boldbridge Group, Paynters was appointed as Managing Contractor to deliver the design and construction of The Bower Tree, in Sippy Downs – a vibrant new social destination.

The new community club features four unique dining experiences – Vine Wine Bar, Arrows Bistro, Cafe Rubia, and the Pizzeria – along with four diverse bars.

The club’s comprehensive facilities also include function rooms, a kids’ and youth room, and a gaming lounge, catering to diverse age groups and interests. Moreover, the project included the provision of undercover parking, as well as street-access parking, ensuring convenience for club visitors.

The architectural design of The Bower Tree set it apart from traditional club establishments. Unique curved shapes adorned the exterior, creating a covered walkway that allowed guests to move between different areas in any weather condition. Additionally, the interior featured a distinct colour scheme in each space, giving patrons the sensation of transitioning through different landscapes or destinations. This attention to detail contributes to the club’s ambience and enhances the overall visitor experience.
