Roof Replacement for Mater Private Hospital, Rockhampton

Working closely with our partners at CGU, Sedgwick and Critical Path Solutions, Paynters have been completing the roof replacement at the Mater Private Hospital, Rockhampton due to hail damage. The works are across the 6 main buildings, including the Heritage Listed Kenmore House that was built in 1894.

A total of over 8,000m2 of roofing will be replaced while the hospital remains operational. Our team has been collaborating closely with the client to ensure a smooth project journey while prioritising safety for visitors, patients, and hospital employees. We’ve made great progress on the roof replacement, and our focus remains on completing the project safely and efficiently later this year. Stay tuned for more updates!
