Safe Work Month 2026

October marked National Safe Work Month, an important reminder that safety is about more than compliance, processes or ticking a box. It’s about people and making sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.

At Paynters, our commitment to safety extends well beyond October. Throughout the year, we continue to strengthen our safety culture through Safety in Focus sessions, project spotlights, refreshed HSEQ committee and greater collaboration with our site teams.

We’re also continually reviewing our processes, exploring new tools and technologies, and encouraging our people to respectfully challenge existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

Our focus is on working together, having open conversations and finding solutions together, rather than pointing fingers. Because creating safer workplaces is a shared responsibility, and everyone has a part to play.

Safety is more than a process. It’s about people.
