St Agnes’ Care & Lifestyle – Emmaus Memory Support Village

Paynters are thrilled to be announced as the head contractor for the St Agnes’ Care & Lifestyle – Emmaus Memory Support Village project in Port Macquarie.

The project involves the design and construction of Residential Care Houses, which will adopt the Small Household Model, a design approach championed by Paynters. This community will provide care and support to 94 residents, accommodated in 12 distinctly designed houses, made to support individuals with cognitive impairment, focusing on providing as much independence as possible.

The development will also encompass a new community building, chapel refurbishment and extensive external works and landscaping.
