Sydney Industrial Facility Fire Rectification Works
Our NSW team is currently tackling a complex insurance rectification project following a large fire at an industrial facility in Moorebank in Southwest Sydney.
Whilst navigating an operational environment, the Paynters team are executing a complex scope of works including 6,500m2 of roof and structural replacement works across 7 bays in the main facility, the installation of a new fire sprinkler system and replacement of overhead gantry cranes. The works also involved the decommissioning and demolition of a 40-tonne vapour phase oven including 12,500 litres of hazardous chemicals removed.
Paynters is delighted to be partnering with the Project Superintendent, Richard Crecca of Assurance Project Management to deliver the project, scheduled for completion in March 2025.
