Sydney Warehouse Demolition

Paynters recently completed a large warehouse demolition project in Brookvale, Sydney, after being destroyed by fire.  Our dedicated Sydney insurance team swiftly mobilised and established the site even while the fire was still burning.

This project involved close collaboration and assisting numerous authorities including Fire and Rescue NSW, NSW Public Works, NSW Police, NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA), Northern Beaches Council and Ausgrid to ensure and facilitate safe access to the site, allowing further investigations to take place.

This project involved the detailed demolition of two warehouses whilst maintaining access to adjacent tenancies and minimising disruptions for neighbouring properties. Additionally, we designed and installed new electrical services to reinstate power to four surrounding buildings occupied by over 20 businesses. Well done to all involved in this demolition project, involving collaboration with various authorities and the reinstatement of power to surrounding businesses, showcasing our commitment to excellence and community safety.
