The wait is almost over

Brookfield Green is coming to life, with the final stages of construction works now in progress on site! Currently, our site team are hard at work finalising floor finishes, joinery works, painting and landscaping – well on track for hand over in late August.

This state of the art 96-bed aged care facility is located in the idyllic rural setting in the outer Brisbane suburb of Brookfield. The Paynters team have been working closely with our long-term clients at Carinity on this project since 2012, when the initial Site Master Planning was undertaken. The evolution of Brookfield has been a long and exciting journey – from early conception all the way to construction, and we look forward to seeing our teams hard work and dedication become a reality.
