Welcoming Our New School-Based Trainees!

Welcoming the next generation!

We’re excited to welcome Matty and Lachlan to the Paynters team as our newest school-based trainees.

For the next 12 months, they’ll be joining us on site one day a week and throughout the school holidays, gaining hands-on industry experience while completing their high school studies. This program gives them:
✅ A taste of the construction industry
✅ Pathways into apprenticeships and future careers
✅ Skills to prepare them for life after school
✅ A Certificate II in Civil Construction

We’re proud to support young people in building their futures and look forward to seeing Matty and Lachlan grow over the year ahead.
