Where to next? //Dolphins Stadium
It’s full steel ahead at the Redcliffe Dolphins Stadium, with the final stages of the Northern Grandstand coming together.
Paynters have been taking advantage of this quite period for the club, to progress through the works. All of the inground services are complete, ground slabs poured and block work erected, which has allowed the structural steel framework for the grandstand to be installed.
With the super structure nearing completion, the next major milestone will be the installation of the precast concrete planks forming the platform for the grandstand seating.
Over the next few weeks, our site team will be pouring the concourse walkway, assembling the roofing over the amenities block and commencing the internal fit out. We will soon start see some of the final touches being put into place, such as the grandstand seating, balustrades and handrails.
There are currently 30 different trades working on the project, with majority from the Moreton Bay region.
It won’t be long now until we can see the masses of crowds making use of this new addition to the Dolphins Stadium, with the project on track to be completed in mid-August.
