Paynters Values Champion 2024

At Paynters, our values reflect who we are and what we stand for. Our peer-led nomination scheme brings these values to life each year by recognising and celebrating team members who embody these principles and go above and beyond in their day-to-day dealings with others.

Our 2024 winner truly raised the bar – congratulations Craig Savage (Site Manager).

Craig not only navigates significant and complex projects but also creates an inclusive, supportive working environment. His mentorship of junior staff and advocacy for making site a welcoming and inclusive space —has left a lasting impact. Building strong relationships with teammates, the next generation, and our subcontractor network alike, he exemplifies leadership on-site while also championing Paynters community and fundraising initiatives, which are core to who we are.

Beyond Craig’s contributions on site, his dedication shines through in the small but meaningful ways – always willing to go the extra mile and lend a hand to his colleagues. Craig has proven how collaboration, integrity and a people first mentality can make a real difference in our workplace and community.
